The 1996 album isn't just an album. It's a state. Being watched constantly, having no privacy left, playing life at maximum volume because the audience is already there whether you want it or not. Nine million copies in the first week. The eyes in the title aren't a metaphor — they're the entire pressure system.

About the production
I kept the vocal forward. Pac earned that. The West Coast bounce is still there but slowed — I wanted the syncopation to feel like surveillance rhythm, not party rhythm. Sub is heavy but not showy. The hi-hats scatter like eyes shifting.
There's a pad in the outro that grows louder over eight bars without changing note — that was intentional. It's the sound of being watched more, not by more people. Pressure doesn't scale by count. It scales by duration.
